American Brownie
Our American brownies are the ultimate indulgence; from the dense and gooey sponge to the caramel sauce and rolo on top you will agree it's the perfect, melt in the mouth, chocolate brownie combination.
The brownie is one of America's favourite served baked treats and can be traced back to the 19th century, becoming more popular in the early 20th century. Interestingly brownies are not considered a cake, instead they are referred to as a bar cookie. This is because, like cookies, brownies are a form of finger food.
