This website is owned and operated by Grants Bakery Ltd. When we say “we”, “our” or “us”, we’re referring to Grant’s Bakery Ltd. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Orders

All of our products are handmade and subject to availability. Products may vary slightly from their pictures — that’s part of the charm of real baking!

  • All orders must be made at least 5 working days in advance of the requested delivery or collection date.
  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received and you’ve received a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. during peak demand if we can’t fulfil the request).

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering via our website’s secure payment system. We currently accept major debit and credit cards.

4. Deliveries

We offer local delivery to specific postcodes in the North East of England. Delivery charges and order minimums vary depending on location, which is clearly listed during the checkout process and on our Delivery page.

  • Deliveries will be made on designated days by postcode.
  • We will do our best to deliver within the agreed timeframe, but we can’t guarantee delivery times.
  • Orders will be left on your doorstep and we’ll knock to let you know we’ve been. Please leave us alternative instructions if you won’t be in.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including extreme weather or disruptions to transport.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection.

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible at [Insert Email or Phone Number], and we’ll do our best to make things right.

6. Allergens & Ingredients

We bake with a wide range of ingredients including flour (gluten), eggs, dairy, nuts and seeds.

While we take great care in preparing your order, all products are made in a kitchen that handles all major allergens. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know before ordering.

We cannot guarantee any product is free from all traces of allergens.
