We get a lot of questions about our bakes, deliveries and how best to enjoy our goodies. Here are a few to get you started.

Can I collect my order instead of delivery?

Absolutely. You’re always welcome in our Corbridge shop — just let us know your preferred day when you order.

How far in advance do I need to order?

We ask for at least 3 working days’ notice for handmade orders — especially afternoon teas and large orders.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We offer a vegetarian afternoon tea and occasional gluten free and vegan options — keep an eye out as we continue adding new options. Always ask our team for allergen info.

How do I place an order?

You can order online through our website for delivery or collection. For celebration cakes or large orders, it’s best to give us a ring.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver nationally in the UK — check our Delivery page for full postcodes and days

Do you take commercial orders or event catering?

We sure do – and we love it. Please contact us directly with details and we’ll work with you to create something exceptional.

Are you open seven days a week?

You bet. We’re open 7am–5pm every day.
