All of our bread is made through the night fresh for sale the following day.  Our bread is made using locally sourced ingredients and no additives – just flour, water, salt and our natural leaven or yeast.

Our skilled bakers hand mould our bread using long standing traditional methods.  With the classics always available, we also regularly change our guest loaves and, depending on the day, you can find tasty alternatives including honey & spelt, GI, German Donker, Sourdough, Malt and Focaccia.

Our breads are popular village staples so get in early to take your pick!
